Setup

Pair once and your earbuds reconnect automatically every time you open the case.

  1. Charge the case with the included USB-C cable until the light turns solid.
  2. Open the case lid next to your phone and keep the earbuds inside.
  3. On your phone, open Bluetooth settings and tap iSupply when it appears.
  4. Press and hold the case button for 3 seconds if it doesn't show up — that re-enters pairing mode.
  5. Pop them in. They'll reconnect on their own from now on.

Warranty

Every pair ships with a 7-day replacement warranty. If an earbud, the case, or the charging stops working as it should within 7 days of delivery, we replace it — no repair queue, no fee.

  • Covers manufacturing faults: dead bud, case not charging, button not responding.
  • Doesn't cover physical or water damage beyond the IP rating, or lost units.
  • Message us on Facebook or Instagram with your order details and a short clip of the issue.

Returns

Changed your mind or got the wrong model? Here's how a return works.

  1. Message us within 7 days of delivery with your order name and reason.
  2. Keep the earbuds, case, tips, and cable in the original box.
  3. We confirm the return address and arrange pickup or drop-off.
  4. Once it arrives back in resaleable condition, we replace it or refund — your choice.

Since most orders are cash on delivery, you only ever pay for what you keep.
